I have a cool animated .gif that I want to use for my profile pic, but every time I up it the site seems to convert it to a .jpg and therefore it doesn't animate.  I have seen other profiles on here with .gifs, both animated and non, as their profile pics.  I have tried several different .gifs, all of very small size, but to no avail.  Any advice on what's happening, and how I can fix it?

Well, the .gif I'm using as a test is only 134kb. The .gif I ultimately want to use as my profile pic isn't quite done yet, but won't be much bigger.

What is pokerspace?  What is it for, and how do I do it?  Where do I find it I should say.  This site does seem a little heavy at some points.

click on "the players room" in red bar at the top of any page and select "pokerspace". clicking on "my poker profile" at left of a post will take you to that person's profile if they have one.
