The Riverchasers League Championship brings our Live League event winners and our Top Leaderboard players together each season to battle it out on the felt at the phenomenal Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa Poker Room for great cash prizes and the right to be called CHAMPION!

CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL
All live league events hosted at our restaurant and bars are open to the public (21+). Membership in the league is free and you can create a player account on our Player and League Management website at Bar Poker Open to track your league rewards and compete for your chance to qualify for this Championship promotion.
The Championship event itself is not open to the public. Only qualified players from the Riverchasers Poker Tour are eligible to pre-register and compete.
THREE QUALIFICATION ACHIEVEMENTS
SEASON 40: Qualifying Period 3/30/26 - 10/25/26 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
♠️ TOP 175 - Finish the season in the top 175 of all ranked players
♠️ WIN & YOU’RE IN - Finish 1st place at one (1) live league event -or-
Finish 1st Place in a private weekly Riverchasers online
Bar Poker Open PRO event
♠️ VENUE LEADER* - Finish the season in 1st place in rankings at any Venue
At the end of the season, an official qualified player list will be posted showing the Qualifying Status of each eligible player.
*Venues must participate in at least 8 events during the season to be a qualifying venue.
QUALIFYING ACHIEVEMENT STATUS
SINGLE, DOUBLE, AND TRIPLE STATUS
Single Qualifying Status
Players who have earned any one of the three unique qualification achievements listed above. Earning multiple rewards of the SAME achievement does not earn an additional bonus (example, winning 4 live games does not achieve Double or Triple Qualifying Status).
Double Qualifying Status
Players who have qualified through any two of the available qualifying achievements listed above.
Triple Qualifying Status
Players who have qualified through all three of the available qualifying achievements listed above.
THE ENTRY FEE WILL VARY BASED ON THE QUALIFYING STATUS, BUT FOR ALL PLAYERS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Two Bonus Chip Tickets for use as your choice for a Re-Entry or Add-On.

CHAMPIONSHIP BONUS TICKETS - UPDATED FOR SEASON 40
*ALL PLAYERS IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP WILL RECEIVE TWO BONUS TICKETS AT PLAYER CHECK-IN.
Each Bonus Ticket can be used in one of two ways based on the following rules:
15K Rebuy: Use the Bonus Ticket anytime prior to the 1st Break when your chip stack is at or below 10K.
May use Both as Rebuys according to the rules if needed.
15K Add-on: Use the Bonus Ticket during the 1st Break Only.
You will redeem all unused Bonus Tickets during the Break for 15K each.
All Bonus Tickets must be used by the end of the 1st Break, no exceptions.

On-site check-in will be available between 9:00AM - 12:00PM for all registered players.
REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN NOV 1 - NOV 24TH, 2026
Online Registration is Required to cover all event costs and secure necessary staffing.
$2,000 GUARANTEED GRAND PRIZE
TOURNAMENT CASH PRIZES WE ARE INCREDIBLY EXCITED TO OFFER A GUARANTEED GRAND PRIZE POOL OF $2,000 THIS SEASON.
Approximately the top 5-10% will win cash prizes with an estimated $10,000 in total cash prizes. .

For over 20 years, Borgata has been the incredible home to our League Championship. Starting in 2006 with just 10 players in a single table, and now in 2026 we are preparing to host hundreds of our poker family in the updated BetMGM Tournament Poker Room, providing the perfect semi-private setting to celebrate our players and pop the champagne with our newly crowned champion!
We invite players and guests to join us the weekend of the championship to enjoy all the Borgata Poker and Casino promotions that they offer. As we approach the championship weekend, be sure to check Borgata’s website for the list of available promotions.
