Thanks for your interest in hosting our weekly poker nights.  We are the solution to a variety of the common needs of a restaurant/pub.  With 20 years and thousands of events in experience, we use our social poker nights to drive new customers, increase foot traffic and parking lot presence, increase sales and staff gratuities, create positive excitement inside the venue, and promote the venue through print, web, and our social media platforms.  

The Basics

We want to learn about your most important needs and focus on helping you achieve those goals.  A little bit about us and how we can help you do just that... we are the largest social poker league in PA and offer your customers a weekly source of consistent and unique entertainment.  We build relationships with our customers which make them feel welcome to join us at our events and have dinner and drinks with their friends.   The network that we have built never stops growing as anyone 21+ is invited to join.  By building our network, we increase the number of guests who visit our venues, play poker, and spend money at the events.   The best part is that regardless of their poker skill level, every guest has a chance to play and win the nightly prizes.  This is part of the attraction of the game.  In addition to the nightly prizes, we provide both a local League Championship each season as well as the Largest Bar Poker Championships in the World.  

The Guarantee

All events are free to play for the customers (legally), but we encourage at least $10 in spending on food and beverages each event and reward arriving early to the event.  While we can't legally require them to spend any money, we are confident that we can bring a crowd that will support your venue.  We stand behind our product, we provide a money back guarantee trial period.  

We make it easy for you, with no strings.  We do not do long-term contracts.  We simply ask for an 8-week trial to prove our value.  If, after 8 weeks, we haven't filled over 100 seats at your venue and you'd like to cancel, we'll refund our service fees.    If you'd like to proceed after the 8 week trial, we only ask for a 30-day cancellation notice if you'd ever like to discontinue the promotion. 

Partnership Pricing

$150/night + $15 gift card and $10 gift card

With our flat rate, your total costs (including our service fees and prizes) are all included.  This also makes your venue an Official Bar Poker Open World Championship qualifying venue, awarding your guests a direct qualifying opportunity to compete for the world's largest bar poker prize pools!    

We will work with you to choose the best poker night and start time for your event.  Our trained and uniformed Tournament Director will be there each week to set up, host, collect the pay and award the prizes, reset the event equipment, and enter the game data into our website.   The game equipment is packed up into very small containers and stays with you (see the equipment information below) at the venue. 

The cost is divided into three parts (monthly service, nightly staffing, nightly prizes), and we will review with you the simplified payment process.

If you know how to host social poker events or have someone in mind who can do it for you, we provide a discounted service to you and will provide all the training materials and guidelines for you. Let us know and we will discuss this process.

Legal Poker?

Protecting our partners and liquor license holders is our utmost priority.  We follow all state guidelines for social poker and do not host or promote any illegal activity.  We have a great relationship with LCE/LCB and we are fully aware that if one negative event happens at one of our venues, it affects our entire operation.  We are here for the long run, as our 20 year business history can attest.  There is no license for Bar Poker companies or events.  We simply fall under the LCB/ABC laws regarding "no illegal gambling permitted."   By making the event 100% free to play, we are not a gambling event.   

Additionally, each state has limits to what a licensed establishment may offer as prizes. Our recommended prizes pools are within all guidelines.

Marketing and Advertising

We have a full service print and media workshop at our fingertips.  We provide customized in-house posters, handouts for customers to take home and learn about the event, social media, email, and multiple website marketing for all our partners.  At all times your weekly events can be found on two bar poker websites; ours at Riverchasers.com and the BarPokerOpen.com World Championship Network website.  

Just like any promotion going on at your property, we also expect you to use your current marketing tactics in conjunction with ours to maximize impact.  We will provide you with our logos and any details about our promotion that you'd like to highlight.   

Equipment

A Refundable Deposit of $250 is Required to start the promotion.  We provide all the game equipment needed to host your events, including poker table tops, casino quality playing cards, playing chips, blind timers, and buttons.  We keep the event at your venue to ensure that no matter which Tournament Host shows up to run the event, there is always equipment available to ensure the event runs as expected.  If events are ever cancelled and the agreement has ended we will pick up all the equipment and refund the deposit. 

In a nutshell…

We put customers in your seats so they can be entertained with our social poker experience and enjoy the food and drink service you provide.   Our goal is to get them to our events, entertain them, feed them, and enjoy a drink with them. 

All our events are open to the public (21+) and we love welcoming new members. Every new member is a potential weekly customer for you. We call ourselves a “social poker learning league” to ensure that new players know that this is a great place to learn how to play with ZERO risk. Our open and easy going environment builds relationships, and builds a consistent customer base for venues just like yours!
